Refund Policy

At Novexa Trend, we aim to process refunds fairly, transparently, and in accordance with our policies and applicable UAE law.

1. When a Refund May Be Issued

A refund may be provided when:

  • A return is approved.
  • A product is defective or damaged and a refund is the appropriate remedy.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • An order cannot be fulfilled.
  • An order is cancelled before dispatch where cancellation is possible.
  • A refund is otherwise required under applicable UAE law.

2. Refund Method

For prepaid orders, refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method where reasonably possible.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may request appropriate payment/bank details from the customer or use another reasonable refund method.

3. Refund Processing

Once a refund has been approved and any required return process has been completed, Novexa Trend will initiate the refund as soon as reasonably practicable.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the relevant bank or payment provider.

4. Partial Refund

A partial refund may be offered where appropriate, including situations where:

  • Only part of an order is affected.
  • A product has a minor issue and the customer agrees to keep it.
  • Another mutually acceptable resolution is available.

5. Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it.

If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable return process may apply.

6. Failed Delivery / Refused COD Orders

If a COD order is refused or cannot be delivered because of incorrect customer information or repeated failed delivery attempts, any applicable refund or re-delivery arrangement will be assessed based on the circumstances.

7. Refunds and UAE Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable UAE law.

UAE consumer-protection rules protect consumers' rights regarding accurate product information, defective goods and appropriate compensation/remedies.
