If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from its advertised description, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

UAE consumer-protection rules provide protections concerning accurate product information and remedies for defective goods, and contractual terms cannot remove mandatory consumer rights.

Providing clear photographs or videos helps us review and resolve the issue more quickly.

3. Product Condition

Where a return is approved, the product should be returned in the condition reasonably required for the applicable return.

Customers should not intentionally damage, alter, misuse, or excessively use a product before requesting a return.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under UAE law.

4. Wrong Product

If we send you the wrong product, please contact us.

We will review the order and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, return, refund, or another remedy where applicable.

5. Damaged Product

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

We recommend keeping:

  • The product
  • Original packaging
  • Shipping label
  • Any accessories
  • Photos/videos of the damage

until the issue has been resolved.

6. Defective Products

If a product develops a defect or does not function as reasonably described, contact us with details of the problem.

We will assess the issue and determine the appropriate remedy in accordance with the product's applicable warranty, our policies, and UAE law.

Where the return is required because of an error by Novexa Trend, a defective/damaged product, or another circumstance requiring a remedy under applicable law, we will handle the return appropriately.

For other approved returns, return shipping arrangements may depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
